Nestled in Clevedon, Oakdale Farm is a 130 year old villa set on 16 acres of mature trees, native bush, and gentle streams. Once an original homestead producing honey and citrus, it’s now a peaceful retreat for slowing down and reconnecting.

The space

The villa has evolved over time as a much loved family home and small organic farm, offering comfort alongside its original charm.

  • Four bedrooms: three queen and one king

  • One main bathroom with clawfoot bath, shower, and toilet

  • Additional separate toilet

  • Spacious lounge with open fire, gas fire, TV, and comfortable seating

  • Large dining area seating up to 10

  • Country style kitchen with everything you need, plus an outdoor BBQ

A sunny conservatory offers a quiet spot for coffee or reading, while outdoor terraces provide spaces to dine and relax throughout the day — including one that catches the evening sun.

Rates

  • From $330 per night (exclusive use, up to 8 guests)

  • Two-night minimum stay

  • Cleaning fee: $150 per stay

  • Deposit: $500 to secure dates

  • Refundable security bond: $500 (bank transfer)

  • When due: with the final balance (e.g., 7 days before arrival)

  • Refund timing: returned within 3 days after checkout

Pets considered case-by-case. The property is not fenced and there may be stock nearby, so pets must be supervised at all times and approved before booking.Cancellation policy (direct bookings)
If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, we will refund payments made minus the $500 deposit.If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, payments are not refundable unless we can rebook the dates.
